Landscape Material Calculator

Use this calculator to determine how much product you need for your landscaping project.

1. Choose approximate shape of your landscaping project (type).
2. Enter the dimensions of your project (in Feet)
3. Enter how deep you need the landscaping material to be (in Feet)
4. For Example, for mulch you would normally want at least 4 inches

This calculator is useful in determining the approximate number of yards of landscape material that is needed, and can be used for

• Mulch and Topsoil
• Gravel
• Concrete
• Other loose landscaping materials.

This calculator should only be used for a rough estimate. Areas to be landscaped are often not perfectly flat so it is often best to order additional product to account for the irregularities of the surface to be covered.
